We’re Hiring Behavior Technicians

In our clinic setting, you will receive daily communication and on the floor support from our team, including our 10 in-clinic BCBAs, team leads, mentors, and admin staff who all have numerous years of RBT experience!

**$3,000 Sign-on Bonus for RBT credential hires**

Opportunity to receive pay increase at 90-day evaluation

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week

RBT experience and degree not required- We provide paid training to become credentialed!

Great position for teachers/classroom aides, DSPs, mental health technicians, childcare workers, etc!

Behavior Technicians provide 1:1 & group setting intensive ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum, with learning delays, and/or with maladaptive behaviors. Behavior technicians implement individualized treatment plans written by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts to increase a variety of skills such as communication, academics, daily living skills, and social skills. Behavior technicians also follow behavior reduction protocols, follow data collection procedures, and maintain professional rapport with the child’s family in accordance with ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a federal background check
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
  • HS diploma

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Follow individualized treatment plans, behavior plans, protocols, etc. to deliver quality therapeutic services to each child
  • Take continuous paper and electronic data and documentation related to goals and behaviors
  • Continually engage with energetic children
  • Follow ethical/professional guidelines 

Physical Demands:

  • Physically intervene with a child in crisis, including Mandt crisis intervention procedures (training provided)
  • Can perform but not limited to quick body movements, blocking, bending, kneeling, sitting on floor, running when applicable
  • Can lift up to 40 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
  • Experience working in the human services field or in education
  • Experience working with children
  • Strong work ethic
  • Portray a positive solution-oriented attitude
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to accept and implement job-related feedback
